I have been eating KUB bread since I was a kid in the north end. I am 65 yrs. now. I used to go to the bakery on Stella when the Kucher family owned the bakery. I remember taking our children there on our way to Babas to pick up bread. They took our children who were about 5 and 6 years at the time on a tour of the bakery---We will never forget that. The recipy seems to have changed a bit, but we are still enyoying it.
I have one question. The slices in your rye bread are not all the same thickness?---some are almost one and a half time thicker than the next one.
